BAPAC is a 501-c3 nonprofit organization. Our staff members (including youth performers) are unpaid volunteers with the exception of our directors. Part of BAPAC’s mission is to celebrate community and connection in the Tampa Bay Area by keeping ticket prices low! We consistently stride toward a self-sustaining non-profit model, but we still need help to build sets, purchase script rights, buy costume materials, and to effectively promote our shows to the community.
Funds may be used for:
securing rights for shows
production costs (microphones, lighting, tech, sound, costumes, etc)
purchasing a trailer/storage unit so we can store set pieces and props for multiple uses
scholarships for families with financial need
funding projects to provide opportunities for our students (ex. studio sessions, travel, tech needs, etc).

Sponsorship simply makes it possible for us to continue to develop amazing young actors and singers. This benefits not only them, but their families, volunteers, and the community. In addition to our sincere gratitude, sponsors may be thanked in programs, receive logo placement on posters, programs and prominent recognition in advertising, social media and curtain speeches, depending on sponsorship level.
